Compound Movement of the week: Box Squat (Goblet) 🦡🏿🦡🏿

Box Squat is a great lower body compound exercise because it allows us to focus the concentric movement of the Squat (standing up) with no momentum generated from the eccentric phase (sitting down). This results in more use of the trunk, glutes, and hamstrings to stand back up from the seated position

MAXED members focused on a controlled tempo on the eccentric part of the Box Squat, and focused on being explosive during the concentric, in order to continue to our theme of generating more force output πŸ’ͺ🏿πŸ’ͺ🏿
